Co-Producer/Financial Executive

Michael Laureno is a finance executive with over 10 years of experience in both the capital markets and corporate strategic and turnaround consulting; currently with AlixPartners where he is primarily engaged on corporate restructuring projects. Mike also provides expert opinions on financial matters to companies embroiled in litigation disputes. Previously, Mike spent several years working for investment banks both in mergers and acquisitions as well as in high yield research. He has also served numerous middle-market corporations as a consultant on matters of strategy, finance, and restructuring matters, both offering advice, and implementing solutions. He has significant experience with the entertainment (film and music), footwear and apparel manufacturing, mortgage, cellular phone, energy, and real estate development industries.

He holds a BA in Philosophy and an MS in Finance, both from Boston College, is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), and the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (AIRA).
